The Nexent Teleworker Service is a secure, low maintenance, high productivity managed broadband access solution; which allows home based or fixed site remote users’ access to network applications and resources, as if they were located at the local office.

This high speed Broadband remote access service offers organisations the ability to offer flexible or home working arrangements at a fixed rate tariff; with the benefit of no call charges to ensure accurate budgeting and financial planning.

The Teleworker Service offers a choice of Broadband connection speeds including 512k, 1Mb & 2Mb connections to cater for a variety of business user requirements and is available across the UK.

The Teleworker Service can be delivered as a fully managed and maintained service including all hardware, software and security access controls for service simplicity. Alternatively, the Teleworker Service can be delivered using the majority of existing customer network remote access infrastructure equipment as an unmanaged service.

Users are authenticated through Secure IPSec VPN communication tunnels with additional security provided by a centrally managed TAC/ACS service for complete service security. Support is delivered through one central support desk, who will own and resolve any service issues you may have for simple and effective service delivery.

Nexent Teleworker Pro Voice & Data Service

For customers who use our IP Telephony services we can now extend our Teleworker service offering to include network voice access. The Teleworker Pro service offers all of the same great benefits of the standard Teleworker service but with the addition of an IP telephone extension which connects you over your Broadband connection into the organisations central IP telephone system.

You can talk with work colleagues simply by dialling their normal telephone extension and you can also talk with any other Teleworker colleague who is connected to the Teleworker Pro Voice & Data Service. Teleworkers can now access all of the business services office based users receive but with the added flexibility of working from home or alternate site locations.

The Teleworker Pro Service offers unrivalled business communications benefits as well as a wide range of productivity and cost savings. The Teleworker Pro Service is delivered on a flat fee tariff making budgeting and financial planning simple and easy to manage.

The Nexent Global Internet Roamer service is ideal for professionals who travel extensively and require any time, anywhere, access to network applications and services.
